Responsibilities include documentation and maintenance of previously developed applications; and Unix system administration tasks such as installation, security, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of operating systems and other systems software (including web servers). Currently contribute programming and system administration talents to projects that provide web access to Stanford's Digital Repository.

Using Visual Basic, designed and implemented the Windows client interface for a software change management system. Recently did work to implement web access to the server data using Microsoft's web server. Initially hired as a computer technical specialist at the ComputerEase store, before being promoted into the position of programmer/analyst. I was also the Windows PC and NT server administrator for the company.
